Could you please organise a reciprocal citizenship arrangement with Canada?

Canada is a country with similar resource and strategic interests to Australia. Its history and current political leadership is also similar. Having a reciprocal citizen arrangement with New Zealand has worked, in many ways, for the mutual benefit of both countries. Isn’t now the right time to do the same with Canada?
Native born maybe but we have different immigration rules. However, our resources are similar so it wouldn’t be a matter of one draining the other, I agree.
