Which Current NBA Player do you see as a Future Coach?

Posted on May 27th, 2010 by admin

I would have to say Gary Payton and Sam Cassell…

Gary Payton is one of the best Defensive PGs in the history of the game, he also has the attitude and the toughness to be a Head Coach in the League.

Sam Cassell I think will also head coach, he has been in the League for a long time now, and he knows how to win. He has been a part of 3 Championship teams and he shows great leadership on the court. He may not be popular pick due to his face, but he who cares if he looks like ET or Golem.

I think Cassell have already confirmed rumors, he will likely seat on the bench as assistant coach for Boston in 2009-2010. Hinrich will certainly be a good one in the future, having a father who is a HS coach, Maybe John Stockton could take up the job after coach Sloan retires…

Hope this helps.

Does anyone no of any management or leadership theories that the worker is important in?? Thanks?

Posted on May 27th, 2010 by admin

QUALITY CONTROL: is a theory that Japanese developed and practice. They give the workers the tools to team and discuss improvements in QUALITY CONTROL TEAMS in their own working areas. The team picks a leader to represent them, which also helps develope leadership; Each team’s leader meets with the QUALITY MANAGEMENT CONTROL (which consist of managers and supervisors) and make a presentation or demonstration of improvements each team have found to improve their own working areas. These improvements are to increase QUALITY CONTROL on each working area: cut down cost/waste, find the bottle necks, find easier and faster ways to improve production without hurting the quality of work or product, and gives the workers empowerment of their work environment. If the QUALITY MANAGEMENT CONTROL selects and OK’s a suggestion of improvement from a team; they help the team and suggest ways of implementing and documenting such improvement . This is only a brief explanation of the process.
Look up QUALITY CONTROL theories for complete info.

Where can I find people with strong leadership skills to train to work from home?

Posted on May 27th, 2010 by admin

I already advertise on craiglist and monster.com with decent results, but I need some innovative ideas. Please do not suggest places that are filled with get rich quick schemes as my company is a solid company, registered with the US Chamber of Commerce, National Health Alliance, Dental Association and Direct Sellers Association. I am NOT looking for people who want something for nothing, but motivated people who want to be trained for a career with benefits, great opportunities for advancement and unlimited earning potential.
Someone emailed me and asked me why I did not list my company, I would hate to get accused of spam, so please contact me if you want that information and I will be happy to give it.

Maybe you should contact Joy B. I hear she is a great motivated individual!!!

Leadership Traits and ending abuse,?

Posted on May 27th, 2010 by admin

Using the five most common leadership traits and operating on a bailout budget of one billion dollars, create a comprehensive vision and strategic plan to reduce all forms of domestic abuse/violence to a point where it will eventually become extinct.

5 traits

Honest
Forward-Looking
Competent
Inspiring
Intelligent

I wanted to post an opinion based questions to see how people would react, or what people would do to actually fix said, issues. Thanks for your help and opinions, much oblige
I shouldnt say react, i should say What hey would do or how they would fix it?

Often domestic abuse offenders can’t be helped just with a charismatic leader telling them to stop. These people often have prominent problems and illnesses and there isn’t much of a way a single person can halt them. They need counseling and hopefully a jail sentence to help set them straight. Remember, these people can raise their hand to a family member they ”love” and beat them senseless. Often these kind of humans are beyond seeing reason. Domestic abuse will always be a problem that’s outside of the government’s or whoever’s grasp. It all depends on the people. That will be like the government trying to cut down on ginger people – they’re just a part of today’s society and without proper care they can never be dyed a different colour (I’m just using this as a way to express my point, I have nothing against ginger people.).

If I had this amount of money and if I were in a relatively high standing position, I would split the money among the mental illness hospitals and the rest I’d use to start a campaign set to boost domestic violence victims’ confidence, because one of the biggest problems there is in combating domestic violence is the victim’s unwillingness to speak out. Often they are harassed by a person they truly care for and wouldn’t want them ending up in court, while some people are just afraid of the consequences and what will happen to them of they contact the police. A simple combination of posters, TV PSAs and things like that will have a limited, yet prominent effect. Maybe the insertion of subtle lines and references in pop culture to a larger extent than now will be a small step forward, but the problem will still remain. Unless human beings suddenly snuff out their feelings for each other. Love is mankind’s greatest enemy and friend. It can do horrifying things and yet lead to beautiful things. And that’s beautiful in itself.
