Could Derek Fisher be the next Lakers head coach?
Posted on July 8th, 2010 by admin
He’s pretty old now and I can’t see him playing a ton of minutes or having a long contract extension. I think he is more important leadership wise than his playmaking. Could Fisher become an assistant coach and then the head coach after phil retires or will he just get fewer minutes and play only towards the end of games?
No, Fisher won’t be the next Lakers head coach.
