Michael Duke is a business executive, author, educator, entrepreneur, minister, sales professional and coach. Leadership is not just what he doesit is his passion. His core belief is that at the center of all success is the realization that people are our greatest asset.

Early in his life Michael discovered that he had the heart of a teacher. After receiving his graduate degree in Management in 1986 he began a parallel career as a college instructor. This continued for sixteen years. The establishment of his consulting business in 2000 was a natural outgrowth of his love of teaching. He now devotes his full schedule to speaking, writing and consulting with businesses in the region.
His passion is for people. He trains, recruits, and coaches leaders. He is a motivator and problem solver. He loves to speak in forums such as this. Some refer to him as Louisvilles best business teacher, but his clients simply call him trusted friend and advisor.
