Day 35 of the 39 Day Challenge. 6 Exercises To Develop Your Leadership Skills.

“You couldn’t lead a dog on a leash…”

That’s what I thought of myself when I first started working at the Rich Dad Company for Robert Kiyosaki. I had no idea how to lead anyone, let alone a team of people.

However, that quickly changed as I started to practice. I began with some simple exercises Robert taught me that have allowed me to develop into the leader I am today.

These activities are so simple that you can start right now, as soon as you are done watching this. They don’t require any money, magical skills or a ton of time. Just your attention and follow-through.

If you use these exercises, accept feedback and follow through, I guarantee you will get results.

Now get to it!
