Very good …
Very good presentation. Like his style. However the PURPOSE of business is still money and profit otherwise why charge a price that creates a profit. Nobody starts a business to keep more promises. Keeping the promise gains and keeps customers but profit is the end or purpose of those kept promises.

I have people so connected with my web development/software that if I mess up they will have real trouble because I am the sole developer and know all the code. So I also have some pressure on me.
