Basically if you uphold some basic traits like integrity, respect for others, peopleskills, and demonstrate positive drive and passion, you will get to where you want to be.

I am very demanding…however, I am willing to teach an employee what it takes to be successful. Now when I say I am willing to teach…that means I will show them twice. If they listen and learn they have all they need to develop professionally.
I am willing to listen to an employees needs to a certain point. But, I make it very clear before hiring anyone that this will be a very high pressure job and if they think they can’t do it now is the time to say so.
