Walls facilitated 4 Leadership and Teambuilding workshops at the bequest of Director JoAnn Rountree (The OWL, Goals &amp; Objectives, The 5 Stages of Leadership, and The MINDS Leadership Olympics). &#8220;I want to create an environment for our children that cuts through the apathetic behavior often seen in them and demonstrate how we value them.&#8221; said Ms. Rountree. For 3 days a diverse group of teens were challenged to step-up their leadership game. Some wanted to&#8230;some did&#8230;&amp; some quit! A 5-part video &amp; slideshow will follow SO STAY TUNED!!! Awards were given for top team performance by &#8220;The Leaders of Achievers&#8221; (Nashawana, Isaiah, &#8220;I&#8221;), best expressed vision received a copy of Mr. Walls&#8217;s Leadership Defined book(Bryan), and best participative behavior received a copy of Mr. Walls&#8217;s Conversations on Faith (Christine).</p>
