I need information on the leadership style of Hannibal.?

I have to have a 5 page paper and powerpoint presentation on the leadership of a military leader within 32 hours. I just got the assignment a little over 12 hours ago. This is a ROTC assignment. I thought about Patton, Rommel, McArthur, and whatever WWII leader you can think of, but didn’t want to go so easy. I need quick info about Hannibal with possible references and need them fast. I need the info by April 14, 5:00 pm central time, to have time to use them. I’ve have a passing interest in the Roman Carthage Wars and want to use someone different for this paper. Can you please help me? The paper needs to address issues such as transactional vs. transformational leadership, team management, interpersonal relations, and the contigency theory of leadership.
Contigency theory – situational leadership based on current problems and the abilities and willingness of a force.
transactional- punishment vs. reward
transformational- give followers ownership of a cause, make believers that will go through brick walls because they want to
Even if past the deadline for which I can use the info, this would be good for my own education.
I know that Hannibal was an infamous disciplinarian; he had to be as his army were mostly mercenaries who needed to be kept under control or they would simply defect. He was also a brilliant on the spot tactician apart from a planner and organiser.
As for all the information you’re asking for, there are very few surviving neutral sources on Hannibal.

It’s not much but it’s a start at least.
